Xenon Headlights for your precious car
Proper lightning of the car is very essential to enable the driver to drive the car comfortable even in night time and also in foggy season. The electricity supply to the bulb is given through stabilized arc. This will help to produce light which will be focused and very bright. Voltage should be maintained uniformly in the system. For that ballast is used. Two electrodes will be kept in the xenon gas environment under high pressure. This arrangement will be kept inside a capsule made of quartz.. Discharge of electricity between these two electrodes will result in the production of high intensity white light. Energy will be distributed in the high pressure region. In the blue region, the emitted light will have peaks. Because of this the light from Xenon headlights will appear blue
The light produced by the Xenon bulbs will be 2.5 times more than that produced by Halogen bulbs.. Xenon Headlights will produce low beam light which will be very sharp. The illumination will be very wide which makes the path to be visible very clear. And also the portion covered by the light is also high.
The headlights fitted on the car should give bright light that can help to drive the car without any fear in night. With the help of headlights, the driver should be able to maintain the same speed in night time as in day time. Xenon headlights will serve this purpose. After fixing the xenon headlights, no need for the driver to fear of the bends and curves while driving in night. Those will be clearly visible under the beam produced by these headlights. With the help of these headlights, the car can pierce in to the darkness and maintain the high speed.
Besides giving bright light, they also provide a beautiful look to the car. This will add to the luxury of the car. When installed with xenon headlights, your car will never fail to attract the attention of the passers by. This will make your car stand unique among other cars. Xenon Headlights are somewhat expensive. But when it comes the question of safety, the installation of these headlights is necessary. Compared to the cost, the benefits provided by these xenon headlights are very high. So its noteworthy to invest some amount in fitting these powerful xenon headlights on the car.

May I safely install an HID ( Xenon ) kit for my 2001 Audi A4 fog light assembly? ?
If the fog light clear cover is glass, then there will be no problem. If it is plastic, then the bulbs may melt the clear cover?

you're not one of these people who drive about with fog lights on when its not foggy are you? i suspect you are, but anyway.
you shouldn't do it. the light reflector is not designed for an HID beam, and it will create an incorrect scatter pattern, thus, you will end up blinding everyone coming towards you.
however, im sure the local chavs will come along and tell you they are the mutts nuts.
front fog lights are a total waste of time anyway. they are purely for cosmetics now, and it helps people with massive egos advertise the fact they have a top spec car.
